Next Steps
Hello all. We have met with the docs and now have our plan for the next two months. First, Pam gets next week off! No treatments, no hospital, a week to feel a bit normal!!! Then we start 4 weeks of radiation to get rid of the cancer in the neck and chest. After 4 weeks we will scan and them do the high dose of Chemo. and the stem cell transplant. That will hopefully give us what we have been looking for since August, a clean scan!! This is obviously a very quick overview of what lies ahead, but enough to keep you in the loop for now. I will update again next week. Thanks again for everyones help and thoughts, we really appreciate it!
Troy.

Hi guys - We think of you each and every day and every ounce of good energy is coming your way! Hang in there and stay positive. Thank you so much for the blog, we check it often. Know that we are with you 100%. We are trying to send the good weather too, but I don't think it has made it there yet ;-) I won't tell you that it was 70 degrees here in North Carolina yesterday!
Cheers,
Michele, Cliff, Quin and Ceara

I just found your blog. It's a window onto quite a different world indeed- it gives us a glimpse into what you have been going through. I have been so caught up in daily life, school, and basketball (Go Eagles!) that this is my first written note, sorry to say. However, all of us have been thinking of you, and I'm sure that is true of everyone in town and at school, too. We all wish the best to your wonderful family.
Love, Ken, Gail, and Laura
Hi Pam and Troy - just thinking about you and sending hugs your way. Hope the week "off" was a nice break for Pam. Good luck with the next phase. We're with you! Love, Chris & Jim
